This is an estimate. Use the actual electricity bill as the final reference.

Calculated in your browser; usage and meter readings are not sent or stored.

Quick answer

Estimated total = tiered energy charge + Ft + service charge + VAT. Choose MEA or PEA and the tariff code from the actual bill; the tool never falls back between providers or selects a tariff from usage.

Formula

Before VAT = energy charge + Ft + service charge; VAT = before-VAT amount × verified rate; estimated total = before-VAT amount + VAT.

Verified examples

PEA 1.1.1, 150 units

Estimated total: 505.74 baht

MEA 1.2, 300 units

Estimated total: 1,165.39 baht

Meter readings

1,350 − 1,200 = 150 units.

Limitations

  • Supported periods are September–December 2026; unsupported dates are rejected.
  • TOU, business, industrial, solar, subsidies, and special account adjustments are outside this calculator's scope.
  • The calculator does not determine which tariff legally applies to an account.

Frequently asked questions

Does this calculator cover every MEA and PEA tariff?

No. It supports the listed normal residential tariffs only. Select the provider and tariff code shown on your bill.

Does the calculator choose a tariff from my usage?

No. Usage alone is not enough to determine the account tariff.

What does Ft mean?

Ft is the variable electricity adjustment for the supported billing period. The calculator uses the verified rate record for that period.

Can I enter meter readings?

Yes. The tool subtracts the previous reading from the current reading. The current reading cannot be lower.

Why is the result an estimate?

A real bill can include rounding, meter-cycle differences, subsidies, TOU charges, or other items outside this tool.

What happens for an unsupported period?

The calculator rejects it instead of silently reusing an expired Ft value.
